16+ years of experience in Analytics functions with 7+ years with Business Consulting experience
Exposure to consumer financial industry mandatory
Ability to influence cross functional teams and drive analytical initiatives
Functional expertise in marketing domain mandatory; digital, risk or operations analytics experience

Experience applying a variety of advanced analytical tools and methods to business challenges
Stakeholder Management: Interact regularly with US Consumer seniors across functions to understand critical business problems
Drive Scrum teams: Manage and influence cross functional teams (Product, DM, Risk, technology) to drive US Consumer analytical priorities
Drive #Analytical Solutions: Conceptualize, design and deliver #analyticalsolutions.
Act like an Internal Consultant to Design, develop and deploy analytical solutions
Collaborate and drive initiatives through with cross functional teams including Product, Analytics, Risk Management, Operations, Technology etc
Subject matter expertise in driving complex analytical initiatives across both marketing and risk domains
Provide regular updates to US Consumer Senior management.
