Talent Acquisition:
· Planning with line managers regarding manpower requirements, movements and organizational changes for the plant
· Sourcing, Screening, telephonic interviews, negotiation, offer letters & appointment letters, preparation of hiring approval notes, maintenance of recruitment tracker and closure of the positions as per mandates and timelines.
Employee Life Cycle management
· Managing on boarding and Preparing and co-ordinating induction process of new joinee
· Managing probation period appraisal , annual appraisal process
· Employee connect by ways of meetings / sessions with department.
Performance Management System
· Communicate all the concern appraisers and make them understand the process.
· Assisting department head for Completing the Appraisal process on time and handle the queries/complains related to Appraisal
Learning and Development
· Maintaining and updating Training MIS
· Working on learning and development initiatives and schedule training for resources
Payroll Processing
· Providing new joiners inputs in payroll, LOP inputs, and other inputs.
· Processing Full and Final Settlement of Left employees.
Leave & Attendance:
· Managing leaves and attendance of division as per company policies and statutory laws
HR-MIS:
· Preparation of organisation chart with monthly changes.
· Maintenance of all the records/database/Information related to all the employees from there on boarding to separation.
· Manpower Headcount Report, Employee Database Management, Generating Weekly and Monthly reports.
Employee Engagement
· Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, other team building activities like Birthday Celebrations, Festival celebrations to enhance motivation levels and productivity.
· GMC, GPA, Diagnostic. Vendor management for background verification check for new joiners & pre-employment medical check, medical assistance & facilities for staff.
Managing Legal and Compliance Practices
· Ensure employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time.
· Communicate property rules and regulations via the employee handbook.
· Ensure all safety and security policies (e.g., property removal, lost and found items, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, etc.
