Nestle India is looking to hire an ER Manager, based out of the Pantnagar factory.
The incumbent will report directly to the Factory HR Manager and will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of plans and programs affecting company relations with the organisation's employees and their representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ER Strategy at the Plant to promote productive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to lead out commitment towards superior constructive employee relations.
- Ensure social compliance across Nestle activities through CARE and endure compliance with the Corporate Business Principles, relevant Global/ Local laws and regulations at the Plant.
- Drive knowledge and understanding of the Nestle Employee Relations Policy among the Plant employees.
- Improve communication across the network of experts, internal and external stakeholders
- Act as an internal consultant on all local labor and social issues.
Experience level: MBA from XLRI/TISS; 2011/2012/2013 Batch
