CESC is looking for Manager/Senior Manager Talent Management with an experience of at least 15 years who will be responsible for Defining, Developing, Implementing and Managing Talent Management process in alignment to Business and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide the HR leadership team with knowledge and expertise for
improvement of talent management process in alignment with HR strategy
- To assess HR culture of the organization and identify gaps to be addressed for successful implemention of talent management initiatives
- To oversee and monitor the different talent management processes and report progress to the HR leadership
- To act as single point for coordinating all talent management processes
- To measure effectiveness of Talent Management Strategy
- To conduct deep data analysis for reviewing and updating talent management strategy
- To measure overall effectiveness of Talent Management initiatives by monitoring key talent metrics in order to identify and analyze people related issues, root causes, and possible levers for solutions
- To maintain expert knowledge of the specialty area by researching best
practices, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
Desired Qualification
- PGDM (HR) / MBA from Premier B - Schools
- Candidate should have at least 70% marks all throughout his / her academic career.
