DBS is looking to hire for a pure HR Generalist profile (HR COO's office) with responsibilities divided between DBS Bank India and DBS Asia Hub 2, the newly set up global IT and innovation wing of DBS in Hyderabad.
Other relevant details as below:-
-Role will be primarily based out of Hyderabad, but will involve stay in Mumbai for the first 3 months. Also, the person will need to travel to Mumbai regularly, at least once a month.
-Reporting directly to COO HR in DBS Bank, the local governance person will the HR Head of DBS Asia Hub 2
-Key responsibilities would be to work with and support HR COO in strategy support, implementation, tracking, regular review and governance across DBS Bank and DAH2
-Areas:- Diversity, EVP, HR scorecard Monitoring, HR Communication and Internal Branding, External Employer Branding, External Engagement and anchoring HR award participation, Support central projects, Convene Country HR council meetings at DAH2, Support HR Business Partners, Support Rewards Head, Represent HR COO office in DAH2, Hyderabad.

Profile:-
-Minimum 4 years experience in HR.
-Self starter:- Someone who is independent, takes initiative and willing to roll up his sleeves when required.
-Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
-Individual Contributor.
