Designation : Manager - HR
Location : Bangalore
Role Purpose:
To facilitate transfer of knowledge and HCCB best practices and support implementation of processes related to HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Change Management and
other activities in Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka Bottling operations in partnership with the Local HRBP/COEs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Drive the implementation of People Processes – Performance Management, Career Development and Associate Development Planning
2. Support execution of Engagement Survey and Action planning
3. Act as an OD/HR internal consultant to the local Teams to identify key people related issues (e.g. attrition) and drive suitable interventions in consultation with the corporate OD team
4. Drive the implementation of capability building programs. Ensure transfer of learning through TTT approach.
5. Facilitate Assessments and Development Centre Process. Ensure transfer of learning through TTT approach.
6. Facilitate Implementation of HRIS, other systems , processes that have been executed in HCCB; Support in development of customized content to drive TTT/user trainings
7. Support any other initiative planned as part of the Business Plan which requires HR process and policy understanding
