Position: Sr. VP Distribution HR Head.

Reporting to: Chief People Officer
Span of control: 60 HR BP Team.
Head count : 8000 employee.
Experience required: 20 to 22 years.
Compensation range : 80 – 90 lacs + Variable. (Depending on current comp)
Education : Post Graduate in HR preferably from Premier B School.
Role:
- multifaceted leadership role in HR for all Distribution channels and manage Specialist functions of Rewards & Performance, H R Operations, H R Technology.
The role has large elements of strategy and also execution primarily from the field perspective.
