The role can be based out of Gurgaon/ Mumbai/ Bangalore depending upon candidate preference.
The Compensation with be in the range of 40 lac - 60 lac fixed + variable compensation ranging 30% to 40% over and above the fixed CTC compensation.

Role Description
This role is for a senior leader within the Global Capability Network’s Communications, Media, and Technology (CN - CMT) practice. The CMT practice within the Capability Network boasts over 100 industry experts supporting client engagements across the globe. About half of these individuals focus on the Electronics and High Tech (CN - E&HT) industry vertical and this is a senior leadership role with CN - E&HT.
The ability to innovate and create new models for engaging Capability Network from Accenture accounts globally will be one key success factor for the role. Building and engaging a team of high performing (and highly utilized) consultants is another important success factor. Building deep account and peer relationships will be another important criteria for success.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate would have at least 12 years of consulting delivery experience having delivered over 30 high impact consulting engagements and managed consulting teams ranging from 2 – 20 resources. Specific areas of focus could include:
- MBA from a Tier 1 Global or Indian B-school is MANDATORY
- Experience working with “C” level executive clients
- Global exposure
- Ability to travel extensively (primarily international travel)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good Listening skills
