Span of control: 7 – 8 L&D professionals.
Reporting to:  CHRO.
Experience required: 8 to 12 years.
Compensation range : 25 – 30 lacs + Variable. (Depending on current comp)
Education : Post Graduate in HR from Premier institute.
Role:
-          Formulate and execute sustainable learning & Development strategy for the Group
-          Partner with business leaders to understand business Needs
-          Identify, set, modify processes related to training need identification, training & post training evaluation.
-          Strategies to develop future leadership pipeline.
