Span of control: 35 Human Resource Business Partner team.
Head count : 4000 employee.
Experience required: 15 to 18 years.
Compensation range : 60 – 65 lacs + Variable. (Depending on current comp)
Education : Post Graduate in HR preferably from Premier B School.
Role:
-          Staffing strategies.
-          Attrition control strategy.
-          Positively influence sales productivity.
-          Execution of Talent Management Strategy.
-          Strategically Addressing skill gaps of HRBP
