Span of control: 5 – 6 HRBP professionals.
Reporting to:  Head Sales HR.
Experience required: 12 to 14 years.
Compensation range : 35 – 40 lacs + Variable. (Depending on current comp)
Education : Post Graduate in HR from Premier institute.
Role:
-          Partner with business units to strategize & execute the HR agenda related to business.
-          Preparing head count budget and ensuring onboard head count numbers.
-          Staffing & retention strategies.
-          Performance management & potential development.
-          HR – operations.
